Pastry Chef and Executive Chef Antoinette M. Oberci (Toni) holds an
extensive background of food, wine and Pastries. Toni and her Staff
specialize in quality Fine Caribbean Cuisine. We only prepare The
Freshest Hand Selected Fish all Locally Caught. The Restaurant is
admired by many who come year after year to enjoy the creative
dishes while dining overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Crab's Claw was
established in 1997. We are Celebrating 12 Years.
