The Crab's Claw Restaurant is located on the Crystal Coast of Eastern North Carolina.   This beautiful structure sits on the ocean of the main beach of Atlantic  Beach.  This particular island is one of the only three beaches on the East coast that face south.   The  Crab's Claw's outdoor decks enjoy both the sunset and the sunrise.   Interestingly enough in the fall, winter and early spring wild porpoises swim and  feed right off the coast of the island.   The winter tourists get a spectacular view of these magnificent animals as they feed and teach their young to swim.   The crystal coast is one of the largest areas of the East Coast in which dolphin and porpoises breed.                                                                                                                                         Meet Executive Chef Antionette M. Oberci Pastry Chef and Executive Chef Antionette M. Oberci (Toni) is a graduate of Johnson and Wales Culinary University Class of 1993.  She holds  an extensive background of food, wine, pastries and making her guests feel welcome.  Toni has won awards and recognition with her recipes and her creative versions of Tiramisu.  Toni has taught cake decorating and food classes and is responsible for the all the Dinner Entrees and Desserts  on the Crab's Claw Menu.  This recent menu is a Mediterranean influence with a Caribbean Flair. Chef Antionette also recently opened her second restaurant in Morehead City called  CC Ralwiggies.  The areas first Vegetarian Restaurant.   Toni has been on Atlantic Beach for nearly ten years and has always maintained Quality and Consistency when it comes to the food, service and wine.    " We are only as Good as the next guest we serve".  Toni                                                                                                                                 Our most proudest moment of our careers  Southern Living...
