One half  slab of our house smoked ribs glazed in our peach bourbon BBQ sauce served with coleslaw and Jalapeno  cornbread.

Half a pound of shrimp hand rolled in Japanese bread crumbs, fried and served with cocktail sauce for dipping.  Dusted with Cajun spices and served on top of a basket of fries.

Grilled or Blackened jumbo Black Tiger Shrimp served on an island of fresh greens surrounded by our golden pineapple mango salsa with a drizzle of mango coulis.
