extensive background with food, wine and pastries.  She and her
staff specialize in quality Fine Caribbean Cuisine,  preparing only
the freshest "Hand Selected"  locally caught fish.  
The Restaurant is admired by many who come year after year to
enjoy creative dishes while  overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
